SICK OF MOUSE POINTER - How to disable mousefunktion at all ?

Im using my M82B just for XBMC and tried a lot of 2,4ghz airmouse remotes, because the original IR-Remote from the box is crap.

Of course there are some 2,4 ghz remotes where you can disable the mousefunction but it does not really work well in normal use.

So does someone knows how to diasable the mousefunktion for all times in the android system.

I just want to control my box with the arrow keys and see no more mousepointer.

Is this possible ? What can I do ?

If you take a look at your /etc/remote.conf (Though say WinSCP), I think you'll find that Function "388", is the One that controls the "TV_KEYMOUSE_MODE_SWITCH" (e.g. Mouse Mode)...
You may wish to try and noop this Function by placing a "#" in front of it, like so...
Thus disabling it as a "Function". How this would work for an Air Mouse though? I wouldn't know AFAIK Function 388 is for the IR Remote Mouse Mode, Stock or otherwise...
