    HOWEVER. I went and read the fb link and it seems like you said you would refund once the customer closes the dispute. That is very sneaky of you and shame on you for trying to do that. Paypal will not bother once the dispute is closed. Kinda makes me think twice about buying from you. (Unless you lower your price of course )

        First, i want to talk paypal dispute, as a buyer, you should know, there should be two kinds of style for paypal dispute, one is called dispute, the other is called claim. if it is just dispute,then we can offer refund directly in the dispute, and then the dispute will be closed. if the customer update the dispute to claim, in some case, we can't offer the refund in the claim, we have to ask the buyer to close the dispute,and then we go to open the transcation detail page, and choose send full refund;

        Second, As paypal's TOP 100 big client in China Mainland. Paypal give us very high requirement to keep our low transcation fees. they need us to keep a low dispute rate, and refund rate. so our paypal customer service staff will try their best to make customer to close the dispute, so that our paypal account can keep safe. but we have no any idea or think any about screwed up our customers, we are honest in business, if it is our fault, we will take responsibility and give refund to our buyer.

        So in the end, We appreciate that you are talking this, because there must be some customers which think in those way and worried about us, in future, we will try to think more to customers, and try to talk with customer first, and then make customer happy.

        According to your great suggestion, i can consider to offer you a good coupon code, please PM me for the product you want to order, i will check how "big" coupon i can offer to you

            let me explain to you.

            when the order placed, it will come in our system, and at the same time, the warehouse staff will check stock,and the risk control department will do the risk control, our system is good, once they find the order has risk, they can just click one button and stop the order.
            so for your order, at first, the warehouse staff tell customer service the X5 is not in stock that day, so it has the first story. and in the same day later, the risk control department contact the customer service, and said they find the high risk in your orders, and need them to contact you ,and ask your ID and driver lience and bank information to confirm the payment and shipping address. we need to make sure, the one who file the payment is the one who will receive the package (also we know drop sihpping, but drop ship customer must approve by us). so this is the reason why we ask you to receive the email for asking for your information,please don't worry, we our privacy policy in our site, we will keep all information for our customers. we know it is really upset, when we ask so many information ,but in the end, the payment is still refused. we are sorry for that, but we have no choice,if we don't do the risk control, we will lose a lot of package and money.

            and in the end, for your refund, i just call my colleague which handle the paypal, yes, the refund has not bee sent, because when you close the dispute, it has been night here, that lady has left office and go home. so she promise, "send you the refund" will be the first thing when she come back to office. If you still don't receive your refund tomorrow, then you can talk anywhere,anyplace, we are a scam or a bad company.

                I can understand your situation now as some above your posting. This kind of customer comment is not good for seller. If i were you, i will open and solved its from Nov. 20 ' 2012. I am a seller, i have been solved some cases like this. Please take your action first and then every things will be fine.

                    @Geekbuying : promise is easy...but you did not keep promise to me - your first customer

                    You sent email to me last week to inform you could not ship to Vietnam for my order #3005526 that you will refund to me...there is no action upto now. Let check again to come back to me as soon as possible.

                    I hope that if what you concerned above with some guys (one of them is my friends) is really yours so you are the one who have good vision for biz to go for next. I hope I can call back my trust on you for the next orders to deliver to my relatives somewhere in American. Note that this is the first time for me as a customer to place order on your web...

                    Market competition is more and more tough day by day ...but all your re-actions to your customers should be reconsidered. if you consider all comments from customer from the positive side then you will find the way to promote your image to increase your sales...rather than you delayed and no communication to your customers as what you have done so far....

                    I am doing in supply chain for nearly 20 years...I visited your country more 10 times in various provinces ...some comments hope you get my will...good luck thanks

                      Your system has good supply procedure but there is no check list and the due for monitoring...I dont want to advise you to use SAP, Oracle since they are very expensive and complicated system but any system can focus in to simplify its procedure to make better / reliable service to customer as it is the goal / strategy of your biz.

                      if you said you have best system then how can my refund from last week up to now has not been settled? I view your product in few minutes then made decision of order immediately...for you, the refund is delayed....is it fair?
