Help I need em28xx.ko for (Amlogic S812) Linux 3.10.33

I have a MINIX X8H-Plus (Amlogic S812) Linux 3.10.33 armv7 GNU/Linux.
I am trying to get a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-930C to work with tvheadend,
But obviously I need this kernels xc5000.ko / drxk.ko / em28xx.ko
I have the xc5000.ko and drxk.ko and insmod them just fine, but dmesg tell me that I also need
the em28xx.ko
Can some one help me whit this kernel? I try everything to get it without success

Isn't there an Openelec version for this box? I believe it supports that chipset.
