problem with megatron rom on t8

Since installing megatron rom i can't get into recovery anymore to install a different rom Anybody out there have any suggestions ? Cheers

haven't worked with any T8 but, assuming they are close to the M8 you should be able to boot into custom recovery like TWRP if it's available for your device running off the sd card. Basically you extract the ZIP unto an sd card and use the toothpick method with the sd card inserted.

Other thing is, most custom roms you can flash without having to go into recovery, just put the files on sd card (usually it's 3 files, firmware.zip, factory_update_param.aml, recovery.img) and use the toothpick method.

Flash at your own risk though as there have been instances in the past where using the toothpick method with the 3 files has caused boxes to get bricked

either that as kidder mention or just go to the android ui update&backup widget and select the rom thats on your sd card or usb thumb drive and tick wipe media and data and upgrade.

No matter what i try toothpick or within android can't get into recovery It gets stuck on first screen before megatron intro, on static megatron screen.

Thanks justme will try in morning after work. Hope it works, would like to try one of your roms because I've found poor Ethernet and Wi-Fi speeds with megatron.

Tried it justme didn't work for me, still can't get into to recovery using toothpick it's doing my head in, may have to get in touch with droidsticks, only had it for less than 2 weeks.
