Hello Tina, I have a "stupid" question.
I see the fan header, does this mean a fan?
Remember, I said it was a stupid question.

        Hi RISCy Dude,

        Thanks for your question

We have added the positon for fan,but to be honesty, the space is not enough for adding it, you need to take the cover off if you want to add it i think...sorry for that

I see one extra usb port. Nice. You can never get enough of them
Have you considered putting ventilation holes on the bottom cover for future versions?
Or at least rubber stands on each corner of the box to disipate the heat more easily?
Nice to see you're improving your products and giving more options to customers.

                Hi Burs,

Thank you very much for your suggestion

I have passed it to company, and we will plan to rubber stands on each corner of the box in future.

Please see the the pic for your ref, how about this?

Yes, it's good for a start. Even 1mm space between the box and surface it sits on, will surely decrease overall temperature a bit. But a few ventilation holes on the bottom wouldn't hurt, and you can't even see it when the box is in it's normal siting position. That way I could even dare to factory overclock the [email protected], to stand out among other rk3288 models. But ofcourse, safety first, and more testing to ensure rock-stable performace. Keep up the good work you're doing for your customers!

yes for future models it would not hurt with ventilation holes on the bottom

                      Hi Tina,

This is great news. Did you make the above improvements yet to the feet and ventilation?
I almost bought from you last fall, but I think now may be the time.

                      Thanks,
                      Rational
