Hi not sure if this is in right section i have been given an android box its square and all it says on the top is mx it looks like a gbox mx2 but not 100% which firmware can i put on this box please?

This is the box it is im not at home at mo but will take pics of the inside when i get back. Managed to flash an old gbox rom on to it but now i cant get in to the recovery mode using a tooth pick method it just loads up in to android so how would i even flash another image now?

just put the 3 files onto a formated sd card then turn it on

That wont flash the new firmware though will it just by putting it on it needs to go in to recovery dunt it?

Checked that site mate cant find any that would work on my box. Need an up to date one kodi will not play videos properly on it all keep stuttering and out of sync its terrible

These are pics of the inside still not managed to flash a new rom it just loads up as normal to android screen will not go in to recovery with toothpick method and if i put the files on sd card and just load it up the same happens aswell

hold the reset button in plug in power keep hold of reset button till the recovery screen starts

Did that it just wont do it is there any other way to flash the rom?

If it's rooted you could download an app which can reboot into recovery.
