S806 phantom MX4 812 2gb ram looking for firmware zip

got a S806 phantom MX4 812 2gb ram tried 2 different usb cables but my computer wont recognize the box so I can flash it I put openelec on it but shutdown doesn't work so I need to put android back on to it problem is all I can find is the image no zip file I can get into recovery etc np just need the file in zip format instead of image or if someone knows how to change it from image to zip that would be great also

anybody have any idea I spent literally all day on this 2 usb cables 2 computers they wont recognize it.If I could get the files in zip format it would help greatly

I had trouble with my first usb cable and returned it.

Even though I bought it one week ago it is out of stock now though! XD

BTW my newer win8.1 machine had trouble to connect but my ancient dell with win7 on it flashed it easily.
I didnt need to AC power the box, the usb cable was enough to power it.

With the first cable it could recognise the android device (and called it M8-CHIP in device manager) but when I flashed it would fail at 2% or so every time with some error.

I think we have the same box, are you trying to put on the 20141128 firmware? I did so, but Kodi 14.1 still would not install and the only difference I could see was that the UPDATE link now seems to connect to a server (but it said I was on latest firmware already).

I did get it took some messing around but I did finally get it damned if I know what I did though
