Hi everyone just killed my pipo.Used a higher amperage power supply and fried a chip.Any idea what this chip is or does and is it repairable?

Normally higher amps shouldn't be a problem except there already exists a problem at the pcb...

Like no spam said higher AMP's should not of been the problem. If your soldering skills are good it may be fixable if we can find out what chip it is you have fried that's why I checked my pcb.

It would be nice to know its exact specifications to avoid using such a device.
