NOOB FATHER NEEDS AID TO HELP DAUGHTER

I bought my daughter a Cube 9XTALK U65T which i purchased from China in October. The devise has
developed a problem, it will not turn on, when i connect charging cable all i get is screen blinking the
battery charge screen, i have changed charging cable but with the same result. I have tried to get boot screen using instruction on site but when i pick reboot & select it doesnt work.
So question is will reboot screen only work if fully charged? I have read on this site that there is a fix
for software charging problem but how do i get tablet to take fix from sd card if its not charging?
I have very little experience or knowledge of technology ,my daughter relies on this tablet, i
would be extremely grateful ifanyone could help

hi ,sorry to hear of your trouble . it sounds as if there is a hardware failure somewhere .

have not delt much with cube devices . there are some guys here who do tho. hope you can find a solution.
