RK3188 s400 Orientation Issue: Modify services.jar

The TV stick is a rooted Android Kitkat 4.4.2 running stock ROM and the device manual says it supports orientation however when I choose potrait mode, nothing happens.


I would like my device for both portrait and landscape orientation mode.


Can somebuddy modify my services.jar (complete noob with this) to solve the orientation issue, here is the link to services.jar.
