Windows 10 was already announced for the Raspberry Pi2 Model B.

Then there is Windows Mobile 2003/5/6, Windows Phone, Windows RT on ARM...
Now there will be Windows 10 Mobile <- the new name for Win Phones/Tabs

Windows 10 on Pi will be an Internet of Things platform not a desktop OS!
