Help Identify this box

I bought this box from guy out of the trunk of his car.

I tried installing Kodi after deleting XBMC which worked fine but the audio is out of synch when watching prety much anything. Figured it might need a firmware upgrade, can you point me to the right firmware for it? Screenshot attached.
