TVLauncher v.2.0 (beta 2)
- coming tomorrow (hopefully, at least this weekend)
I have a lot of exams coming up and need to place my focus on school as well

Features added/changed list (It's getting long )
- Add single tiles
- Tiles can have:
__x Image
__x App icon
__x App name
- Tiles are now rounded
- New icon set
- Weather can be removed
- New dialog for adding tiles
- At least two tile screens (This due to current performance. Will look into option to add more)
- App drawer fixes (This element is using a lot of "juice" so I placed it in an own activity. Will take some time loading - will look into it later!)
- 12 x 2 Tiles (TV/Tablets)
- 6 x 2 Tiles (Galaxy nexus) (I'll make a layout for Nexus 7 & Nexus 10 later)
- Restart added from menu
- HideBar is now an experimental feature
- Choose Light or Dark ActionBar icons
- + Things I've forgot

i know that. but i could be excelent idea to have this implemente by default in te interface.

use the celphone as a flymouse is NOT implemented in droid mote and will not be implemented.

the idea is to make something more simpler.

like a touch pad mouse
other a flymouse option with the basic bottons of android. and not too much more.
and the up down arrows click, back and thoes ones nothing more. may be add FF FW stop play too.

btw the only app that that realy works is the droidmote. there are not much others. i allready have the application (droidmote). and in my case does not work very fluent dont know why.,

Most likely due to wifi issues. It gets especially laggy when you try to use it with streaming video. Even on devices with very reliable wifi it is not ideal to try and control them with another wifi device through a router especially when utilizing bandwidth for streaming. A direct connection from phone to device would be better but I'm not sure if this is supported in any of the ROMs available for these devices yet.

One thing I'd like to see is the ability to put custom sized widgets on the home screen (like in Zeam Launcher).

Really great launcher... bought it 1 hour ago in the play store...

My recommendations:

- possibility to always enable search bar ... it's really fast - great!!
- next step: searchbar searches apps, in apps and the web (like quick search app)

- folder support.. very important for me... i've many games and apps... always searching these is not fine.. i'd like to classify them.
Would be very very cool to put apps/games in a tile. Tile name is for example "games" with background image.... if klicking on this tile
the folder opens with the app icons.
- next step could be arranging icons in the folder
- would be nice to have a recycle bin to directly uninstall apps in the appdrawer
- tiles could be smaller for my taste, therefor more tiles or 6 tiles and at the bottom 3 smaller tiles in a row...
- possibility to not only chose android settings as a tile, also to have the possibility to choose a submenu in settings (bt, wlan, applications, display, ...)

Only some recommendations... would have much more :-)

Please share all ypur ideas. As every one is doing so, the laumcher can be enhanced.

The development is neing very fast and all the good ideas that people is shaing are being implemented.

Thanks guys! I'm grateful for all of your comments and ideas. You're a great support for this project.
One thing that is important for you all to know is that things take time and I can't fulfill all you wishes at once or within a short period of time. But know that I am constantly working on things you all are proposing.

I want you all to know my focus area of development at the moment, is with tiles. I've seen a lot of people here that would like smaller and more tiles on each slide. And that's what I'm doing. The process of making them smaller, and more tiles etc. is easy. But as of now, the app is a bit static in some regards. And for TVLauncher to be as good as both I and you want, I've redesigned the whole dynamics of the app. I'm in the works of implementing a database, new interface, adding and removing single tile elements etc.

I've come a long way but have a lot of work a head of me.
