MK808 - no display on few TV

    MK808 - no display on few TV

    Hi, I have a mk808 with the Finless 1.5a firmware and the problem is that my mk808 works only on few TVs (mostly Samsung) and don't work on my Panasonic. I was wondering if there was a fix? The included HDMI cable and another cable that I've bought don't work on the Panasonic plasma.

    I am starting to learn about HDMI recently. There are many variations of the spec. 1.0 - 1.4 etc. I have asked a few times what these Android devices support and never got an answer! But older TV's etc, can surely have a problem if the HDMI spec is not followed to the letter. I am sure this is the problem along with the locked resolution the device boots at.

    All I know is this. I got a new TV and every one of the Android stick devices I have (ug802, mk808, mx1) work on it including all my Tablets with HDMI output.

      Thank you for your answer.
      The weird thing is that my old samsung work with the mk808, but not my few years more recent panasonic.
      Maybe the problem is the locked resolution.
      I hope that with time there will be a solution.
