USB port broke on PTAB7XC...

I have a PTAB7XC and when I plug it into the cord, it seems just to flop around. It seems that that middle part is still there, but for some reason the back part of the port has worked loose. I just got it May of this year, and it has been a good tablet till now. I now can't charge it so it will be dead and useless, unless I can get it fixed. Has anyone had this similar problem? Did you call Polaroid? I just put a support email into them but wondering if anyone else has had any luck with support / or taken it apart and fixing it?

Happened to me with another tablet. Factory reset before you lose charge and can't wipe your data. Send it in for repair.
If you lose charge, you'll need to change all your passwords which was a pita for me.

I've had this happen on about 3 of these Polaroid tablets. There doesn't seem to be much to do about it... It seems to get loose before it breaks, so just pay attention to it. Once it goes, you've gotta get your data off asap.
