Touchscreen not working anymore

I have the 4.3" tablet, I installed a few apps on it like angry birds, facebook, total commander, nothing special...

I switched it off (full power off) then 10 minutes later I powered it on. And the touchscreen does not work. All others buttons works (volume, power, etc). I can see the tablet is working, autorotate, display if my SD card is mounted or not, connect to WiFi, etc.

But no touch screen. I reflashed the original firmware from the southerntelecom.com website, doing a full format, still no touch screen.

I am wondering if it's a software problem or not? Is there a way to connect to the tablet to reset the calibration file or whatever? Or do I need to RMA it?

I'd say if you went back to stock and it's still not working to exchange it-it was what, $44?
