Help! MK808 stuck on boot screen after unplugging/shutdown

I've tried the latest firmware, bob's finless 1.5a AND deadhp1's 1080p firmware..

Everytime I turn off or unplug the device, there's a good chance that it will be stuck on the boot screen.

Does anyone else experience the same issue? Or do I have a faulty device at hand?

I thought the data corruption bug on the kernel's fixed?
