UG Firmware on MK Devices?

With the absence of any custom / tweaked roms for the MK802 II does anyone know if any of the UG roms can be flashed? I know that the MK802 III firmware cannot be used due to hardware comparability.

Just curious as would love either a tweaked Finless rom or the UG rom.

MK802 II i believe does not have a dual core RK3066 chip. It uses an A10 Allwinner chip.
It would not work to flash a ROM based on RK3066 to a non RK3066 devise.

UG802 uses different wifi chip then MK808 but both use RK3066.
MK802 III also uses a the dual core RK3066. Custom Roms work with same chip compatibility.
You could flash a UG Rom onto MK808 but wifi and or bluetooth will not work.
Most all other features are the same and will run.

Not compatible, sorry.

Maybe time to upgrade to a new device.
Depends on what you want to do with it really.

Still a lot of bug reports with new devices coming out.
Do your research and read up on user feedback for each device.

Nowt wrong with the device, mk802ii is a pretty fast, stable beast and the new rk fw is fine. For the price I wanted to pay with a measy rc12 I'm happy. But I do like rom playing and the thought of jb was the main push.

Oh well, nothing ventured nothing gained. But trust me I did my research before purchasing. Thanks anyway
