    I broke antenna in MK808 :(

    Hi.

I broke antenna in my MK808. Is any way to fix them? Can I just solder cable to this second square of tin? If not where can I buy this antenna? I want this same model (not external).

    Please help.

I did the same on mine. I just soldered to the other square and it works fine for me.

            So you soldered:

            - point 1 and point 2,
            - only point 1,
            - only point 2?

                New antenna conection.

Hi guys Zafire here i just tried to solder on a new antenna contact and put on a wifi antenna on my mk802+ just to test if it made any better or worse signal and i have had 2 bars on my wifi cause its far to my router.
With the new antenna i got 3or 4 bars mostly 3 but it shifted up and down .
im going to try this on both my iMito Mx1 and my UG802 and i will also mod it all in to a box with a usb hub and some other stuff too.

Last night I pulled mine apart again and removed the 2 antennas and wires and took an old Zoom GamePoint 4420 and removed the antennas from it and soldered them to my 808. Now I have way better signal. Only took 5 minutes. Trying to fit them in the case was another issue. I am probably going to junk the original case and convert a Western Digital MyBook (attached video shows how much room is inside one of these.) to a case that has my 7 port USB hub and a CPU fan built into it trying to keep the SATA board in tact so I can throw in a laptop or full sized SATA HDD.
