I deleted my launcher and now it is stuck on the bootlogo. Is there any way to recover wihtout shorting pins?

You could had you turned on USB debugging and left it on. Then you could push launcher using ADB. But if it is not on, they you will be stuck shorting pins and flashing the ROM.
