How to repack boot.img

boot.img from rikomagic MK802 iii update.zip , I can split boot.img to kernel and ramdisk, modify ramdisk, repack with mkbootimg.

How to pack new boot.img which can flashed by RKAndroidTool, I try to flash boot.img directly , but brcick my mk802, Does need to use rkcrc to signed new boot.img?

Are you trying to make a boot.img with embedded kernel? If so I don't think it possible. You will need to sign with rkcrc -k
