Is it just me or is there no way to fullscreen in the new youtube update?

Tried it on MK808 and MX2, both are unable to fullscreen after updating to the new youtube version. Am I not looking in the right place?

Yeah the last update doesn't show the fullscreen button in MK808. Had to uninstall this update and use the stock app.

I wish someone could make a patch/fix for the youtube app to see videos which can be watched only in non-mobile devices. I think it might be as simple as changing a parameter from "mobile" to "desktop". Hope someone could help.

Try This

This apk still needs more work but will fix your full screen playback problem. This is working and tested on Mk802 III. Stock updated rom. Working on more apps and guide to follow.

Search for an older version of youtube.apk
take this, I installed it too, works fine and fullscreen is avalible

Uninstall the update. The original version works beautifully. Disable automatic updates.
