PMID701C/I Can't install Android Market & SuperOneClick Not Recognized

I just received this tablet and have already upgraded to ICS 4.02, but am unable to do two things; install PlayStore, and Root. When I used SuperOneClick originally it acknowledged the tab and I installed my PC Windows 7 drivers using it. Also at that time and several times later the Root function would recognize it and do the first two steps, but then become unresponsive. I tried again several times after rebooting, and making my usb storage visible or not. Now SuperOneClick doesn't recognize it at all. When try to install Android Market apk's it doesn't allow full installation, saying it did not load or another error message. I've tried the following apk's: Vending, MarketUpdater, gapps of various sorts (yes, I know this is a zip but I used the market apk's inside), and com.android.vending of different ages. I've got root explorer installed and that doesn't work. I've followed every instruction I found on the web including deleting files in the Data/Data directory. My real desire is to get the Market app going so I can give this tab to my granddaughter for Christmas. I would be grateful for any suggestions.

first thing I would do is re flash to stock. It sounds like you tried to many times. Then I would eithersearch the forums for the market fix for this particular tablet. You can also install my elektricity ROM which I created because I got tired of doing the exact same thing you were doing

thanks for responding. I thought that maybe I went to 4.0 before I rooted?? I'm not sure how to get back to original or where any of the downloads would be. Your ROM, does it offer the market app / link? I'd appreciate any additional help you can offer. Happy Holidays.

Thanks elektrik. I flashed your rom. It is much better for a 6 year old than the normal one, it was easy, and thanks to you I have access to Play Store.
