Bricked mx2- stuck at load screen

Hey all.

I had trouble getting my PC with moborobo to recognize my mx2 last night. And my mx2 ended up freezing, now it remains stuck on the boot screen, just playing the iMito MX series animation over and over.

Funnily enough, not too long after that moborobo was able to install drivers on my pc, causing it to recognize the tablet it seems. However, it still cannot connect to the minipc via USB. And I am unable to get Rockchip Batch Tool to even recognize my minipc.

I've been hoping like mad that I can either hardboot somehow (just putting a pin in the hole by the hdmi slot doesn't seem to do anything), or flash a different ROM just through the microSD card.

However, my minipc is completely stock right now, and I haven't been able to flash a thing.

Have you any tips on where I go from here? I feel like I read online about someone taking their device apart, but I dunno.

Anyone know how to recover this or an I screwed at this point?

I was hoping for some advice in the matter.

However, after hours of trying different things to get my mx2 recognized I was able to force drivers and get it recognized and then restore to stock before flashing finless 1.5

I think it was as much dumb luck as anything. I am still only able to get this device recognized on my Asus A6200 with windows 7. My Lenovo Y580 has absolutely no interest in recognizing the device even as an ADN (or ABD, I can't remember what the initials are). Has anyone had luck with windows 8 devices?

As I referenced above, I think I just had a run of dumb luck that enabled me to unbrick my device from stock. I'm not sure I could repeat the process or write a guide, but I'll help anyone out if they have similar problems and I'm at all able.
