with the new ROM, they support any device.

Link does not work! I would love to analize this ROM and see if BT sticks work.

Ummmm.... I do not get what ugoos is doing here

The build date on this ROM for both kernel and system is 12/19. So it is a newer ROM yet it has basically nothing else worth even flashing this!

What a piece of junk ROM!
MX1 now has true 1080 kernel and bluetooth works with devices. So you ug007 folks that flash a MX1 ROM get a much better stock ROM. What the hell is ugoos doing with this ROM?
Don't they make the ug802? Even the latest ug802 stock ROM is better than this junk.
One would think they would have learned from the mistakes in the early ug802 ROM. Almost seems like 2 different product teams working on ug802 vs ug007 as it is clear they are not combining fixes from ug802 into ug007!

Issues:
1) Screen rotation is enabled! Why? It's not enabled on the ug802!
2) Old launcher no one likes
3) Locked at 720P e.g. it is not a 1080P kernel
4) BT works when I flash this ROM to my MX1 but not any BT dongles. I did not expect so anyway since BT hardware is built in.

Bottom line I am not going to waste my time with this ROM. ug007 guys use the MX1 ROM. WAY BETTER!
ug00s needs to fire thier ROM makers...

hey finless, my ug007 just arrived and i try to find some info about my rom.
its dated 12/17 .. so two days befor this update.. but:

1. i dont see screen rotation anywhere..
at "screen" settings i have 3 more options:
Screen Scale - Output Interface - HDMI Mode

i just switched HDMI Mode from 720p to 1080p
no problem.. looking great..
i may switch back to 720p for now untill i know more about heat and power consumption in 1080p mode.

2. i dont see the launcher?!
i once saw it in a video.. its not there anymore..
my "first screen" has 4 apps:

Browser - Play Store - Explorer - Settings

Explorer app is a nice File Explorer i havent seen on Android yet

eHomeMediaCenter (maybe thats the launcher you were talking about?)


also i can hide the status bar..

working very good for now... very quickly.. i was impressed coming from Cortex A8
