The following is the specs I researched from the Processor Chip Producing Comapany, it's from China:

So, therefore, this confirms to me and other users that this piece of mini device runs on a Cortex A9 Duo-Core, running at max of 1.6 Ghz and not 1.5 Ghz nor 1.2 Ghz. I have been hoax by various shops in SL at Sg that this device is the same as the MK808 or UG808 model or whatsoever, and it's running (WHAT?!) Rockchip (Refers to the Rockchip 3066 model) and Mali 400 quad core. Basically, they said that there isn't differences between the model on as all devices are Cortex A9 and Duo-Cores and running on Rockchip!!!
So, be careful and be warned if you don't feel this device is really that great as MK808 this device etc. Me too am in one of this as well. Sigh!
But folks, not to worry too much, there are also lots of good thingys about this mini device too. And I feel this is the most important aspect for the Android device shops there to select and sell this product instead of MK808. Read more below! I heard from one shop owner that the reason behind MK808 that cause them not to sell is because of it's unstable firmware! (Although it can be modified by using Finless 1.5a ROM which can be found in this site.) Please upgrade the original stock firmware to the latest firmware to enjoy the 1.6 Ghz boost and stable and better functions and improvements. (Read next post for more info!) Better performance is important and for the updated firmware, using Antutu Benchmark V3.0.3 obtained a record of 4500~. I consider it as not too bad for the price and value.
Package Contents:The package comes in a compact box with the logo of Jelly Bean, inside find a small primer, a small feeder HDMI cable and a USB cable with the appropriate. The device is fully encased inside and the bottom are the extras that accompany the package and that I have described. In the next picture, on the left we can see the WIFI antenna, which despite being small perfectly fulfills its role as discussed in the tests.

Comparisons:
Performance Test
AnTuTu Benchmark 4430

Linpack 26.87 single / 45 multi

Nenamark 2 16.1 ('s test seems to be choking especially, although AnTuTu graphics section gives more performance)

Vellamo 732/272

One of the cons is that the performance is not great as MK808 running Rockchip Duo-core but better than MK802 running Allwinner's Single-core. For Antutu Benchmark got a 4430, whereas MK808 got 6K plus and MK802 got 2.9K scores) More details pls refer to the site extracted with this info. But I think this is based on it's firmware or kernel protection from overheating etc, and is using it's default 1.2 Ghz test. Look at the example below as there is an info for performance.
A very good thing for this thingy is that it has a very stable firmware, it's perfect uses without glitches or performance interruption, nice! There are an issue or just at most two about the Ethernet connection, but the Kimdecent company promised to fix this by upgrading firmware and it's out already! And therefore, it's great to have the provider or manufacturer to look after your device and keep fixing, maintain or upgrading constantly to give you faith and optimist-ism to own and use their device. Am I rite?!
Quote:
Kimdecent T21 mini PC runs Android 4.1.1 (Jelly Bean) and is shipped with a AC Charger Adapter (5V/2A), a USB Cable and an English user manual. There’s no indication if the micro USB port is OTG or just host. In the later case, it means you must use the power adapter to power the device. The company also claims it supports XBMC, but I would doubt it makes use of hardware decoding.
Nufront NS115 was announced in May 2012 as the third generation processor designed by the company, and appears to be used in a limited number of products (Tablets) starting from August/September 2012. Some benchmarks (done in June…) appear to indicate Nufront NS115 performance is between AMLogic AML8726-MX and Rockchip RK3066. Please note that the benchmarks were performed at 1.5 GHz (Antutu: ~7000), but the processor is just clocked at 1.2 GHz as for the Rockchip RK3066 mini PCs to avoid overheating. Since the processor is not very widely used it might be difficult to get the firmware files, let alone some source code, although Kimdecent usually makes the firmware available on its website.
