Freescale i.mx6 Quad Core Hiapad Hi802 Android TV Stick Hands-On Review

Hiapad HI802 is capturing a ton of limelight the minute it came out.I believe people have already known its tech specs well. However;how it really works? What's the differences between hi802 and other dual core tv stick.

There are two differences about hi802 and dual core tv stick
first,hi802 just has a USB 2.0 port,a micro USB port and a TF card slot while imito mx2 has one more micro USB port.
Second,hi802 not only has ventilation holes on back side but also a line of holes on both edge of the body, imito mx2 just has holes on back side.

    Performance
Honestly,I've just played this device for less than 2 hours. What I can say here is just my simple experience.
When I first use the device, the start costs just 4 sec.Watching videos and browsing webpages were really fast(don't expect twice speed of dual core tv stick,it's silly),within the my family wifi zone,I visited aol.com and it took around 5 sec, using imito mx2,8 sec.I tried watching some downloaded videos by hi802 and imito mx2,it turned out both device work well, but when I watched online videos,I understood the advantage of quad core chip,hi802 almost had no lags(not 100%)but imito mx2 had evident lags.

More importantly, does it have 1080p output? I'm referring to full 1080p and not 720p upscaled.

WIFI is more important !!! my tv stick will play most things now but with a wifi range so short it kills it.

Wifi range can be easily supplemented with a wifi repeater or a high gain antenna, 1080p support on the other hand by chinese manufacturers are hard to come by.
