I want to ask if there will be interest in firmware like this?
I allredy get it to work on mk808. Mapping Tool is working like a charm.
There will be some work to make this firmware fully funkcional but its possible

Well im actually interested because the mapping tool makes you able tocontrol all touchonly games with any input method like usb gamepads or bluwtooth gamepads or wireless keyboards

Can you send me the whole formware or the remapping app apk

I am sure all you need to do is use the MK808 kernel after update.img is unpacked.
I am going to try it myself now.

So a couple of issues unless you know how to do it.

Kernel is in boot.img. So to use external kernel, boot.img has to be taken apart. Or maybe use MK808 boot.img. I am messing witht his now.

Also this ROM's parameter file is missing user space! I have never seen this before but I think maybe this ROM uses everything on SDcard for NAND.

It´s gonna be so funny!

Hey guys, I´m reading your proposal and it´s awesome.
For example we cannot play NFS Most Wanted because it´s programmed to play with tactile controls and we are unable to play with xbox controller properly.
This game is just and example, there are a lot of them with the same problems so this version has a lot of future.

I will be so pleased to heard news about this firmware, so please if you can work on it I think it´s gonna be a really funny options.

OK so I got it to boot using boot.img from gamepad and kernel.img from MK808.
HDMI must be unplugged and plugged back it to get it to display screen properly after first boot.
I am going to see how it works uising MK808 boot.img.

Wifi works!
Archos Remote control works!
mapper works!

But I am not sure it is worth using this ROM. Rather better to port the features to MK808 ROM. Probably less changes this way.

Yes, I think that to port the features to your ROM would be the best option, I have already flashed it (I mean 1.6) and is really really smooth... simply perfect. So with these improvements it´s gonna be even better.
