Have you Root Acsess to your Device? Then you need a adb shell to your Device to Change the Settings.

Yes sorry.

1. Type ADB Shell that give you a root Shell to the Tab.
2. Navigate to /system/etc
3. Open with vi this file vold.fstab (vi vold.fstab)
4. Change the mount point for Internal /sdcard and /sdcard-external
5. When you do this you must Resetup your Device maybe.

I've swap the external sd with internal by changing the mnt scripts on my N9770, but forgot the posting used as a point of reference. The only problem is that you must copy of the contents of the files.
I had CWM to preform this for me, but I believe there apps which will do this for you.....
