Hy,

i am a little angry about geekbuying!!!
I ordered my GK802 at 02.01.2013 with EXPRESS and paid with Paypal, but until now (04.01.2013) on tracking i only get:
Order Status: Payment Confirmed(Processing)

Until now i send 2 Emails, but i didn`t get an answer

So be warned about geekbuying, they have a really bad service

I had the same experience, ordered from them and they took like a week to ship, even though I paid an extra $20 for the express shipping. Took me a total of 2 weeks to received my package. I contacted them 3 times because of the delay and also wanted them to declare the value of the package. In the end the package was late and I had to pay an extra $30 for customs and $20 for shipping. So I wouldn't recommend them.

As many chinese sellers, they have a few issues coming from too many clients attracted by lower prices and not enough employees to take care of them.
Please be patient, it takes around a week for chinese websites to ship your product, because they have to actually buy it from the supplier/producer, test it to make sure it works, package it and then ship it.
Expedited shipping means they are using some sort of DHL or UPS or FedEx, not that it will leave faster, but it will arrive faster and usually have good tracking.
Personally, after having established that a website is somewhat reliable and trust worthy, I chose the registered airmail (Singapore, Hong Kong) which is faster than the free shipping option (never chose that, most likely is China Post which can take 2 months to arrive) and has limited tracking reports.

I got mine from geekbuying but ordered through amazoncom. Amazon did the fulfillment and it shipped immediately.

Just did the same (ordered the MK808 and the Rii Mini i8). It should be here Tuesday. Definitely sold on the device because of THIS site.

i just ordered from geekbuying and they shipped 1 and a half busness days after order placed thats pretty fast for most companys! and thats after they were closed and would be back logged! over night delivery from china is not happening but it will come faster the method you picked! free air mail doesnt take long unless customs holds it!

Geekbuying does noty give importance to clients

I bought Imito MX1 on 14th of November. It was shipped on 17th of November and delivered on 30th of November. That was good for free shipping delivery.

But it was broken, MX1 was not working. I tried it on 2 different TVs and 5 different PCs with different operating systems. Neither TVs nor PCs could see it. I asked Bob and other guys from several forums. They provided some useful tricks. I tried everything I could. But it was broken, not working.

I asked GeekBuying to replace it. They accepted it and I sent back it to their address on 12nd of December. Package arrived to China 23rd of December. Since 23rd of December I sent a lot of emails to inform them about the package. No answer. On 3rd of January I realized that package was not delivered. I don't know why. Again I sent a lot of emails but I got no answer.

I opened dispute on PayPal. I stated that if they will inform me about my package delivery and return the working one I will close my dispute. But again there was no answer. I am trying to reach them from all possible ways. FaceBook, emails, PayPal, forums. Finally I got answer from FaceBook. They tracked my package but with wrong web address. I asked them to use proper one. I am still waiting with no hope.

Today I received an email saying: please send the package to this address. They are kidding. They dont even read the emails. They just send robotic emails. I replied them that I have already returned it.

Yes they are not giving enough importance to their buyers.

So dear GeekBuying, can you PLEASE, track my package with correct web address which I sent you a million times, and give me the feedback. What was the problem to deliver it to you? And what is the resolution to this problem?
