about RKremote app.

    about RKremote app.

    there are many people saying the RKremote app work fine,but my RKremote on my phone cannot find the device.maybe it only work in wifi,because i use usb ethernet.So is there anybody can meet with the problem?THX a lot.

        It will work over ethernet as well. The key is they both must be on the same network!
        e.g. the first 3 parts of IP address must be the same like 192.168.2.x
        If they are not on the same network node, they will not see each other.

        So if your using your phone over say 3G then for sure you will not be on the same network as your home network!

          Using the acer liquid z3 as hotspot rkremote does not detect phone. Have you Bob or anybody else used tethering/bluetooth to use rkremote. Maybe I will try using the measy u2c as the hotspot with a 3g dongle later. If tethering does not work l may have to buy a cheap router?
