MK 808 is in flash mode when connected normaly to pc

The problem started when connecting the power supply I noticed that there is No blue light on mk 808, and when trying to reflash it, and after Eraseing NAND,download file failed ,but I noticed that when connecting it to pc without pressing the button beside the blue led it gives the bong sound and RKAndroid tool display '' found RKAndroid Loader Rock Usb "
Also tried mask mode and several cables and even another pc, any idea?

Could that little reset button behind that reset hole be stuck in the depressed position? Might be worth checking since that is the way to manually put it in flash mode while plugging up the device.

If the ROM and specifically the kernel do not get flashed properly, after reboot it will just drop right back into flash mode. So for some reason it sounds like it is not flashing the ROM properly.
