No sound from UG802

Hello, I have a UG802 and installed 1.7ROM, works great on my Samsung LED TV. then I went to my neighbour's house to show him how it works, and for some reason, on his TV(Panasonic LCD) there's no sound.

I tried a different power adapter, different usb cable, with no success, Even tried connecting with a power bar and without. still didn't have any send. then I take it home right after and connect it to my tv and it works without issues.

anyone else have any similar issues?
I don't have the specific model of his TV, but I can find out.

No sound from UG802

One thing I have found is the sound is quite a bit lower with this device. I had to install Speaker Boost and crank it all the way up, then crank the tv all the way up just to watch a movie.

Other movies appeared louder, but volume overall seems pretty low.
