How many are actually interested in Amlogic CPUs in their stick/mini PC?

The sales of RockChip looks like its drowning out Amlogic. Does that sound about right to you guys?

I agree, its alot more rockchip sticks and boxes out on the market now. And i think that is the direction its heading, with the new rk3188 coming soon we will see new and even stronger sticks and boxes the coming months. And support for these will increase.

I have a RK3066 stick, and I wanted a "set top box" style device with Ethernet, more USB ports, etc.

I really wanted to stick with a RK3066 device, but I bought a Tronsmart Prometheus.

Now I really wish I had stuck with that desire for a RK3066.

I should have tried one of these instead:

If you are going to buy a stick buy one that have good community support, otherwise if the firmware sucks or something the device is just scrap.

On the forum you have several rk3066 sticks with good support.
