Haven't actually tried one since I don't have a cam yet for mine, but if you search "spycam" on the android market you will find a few that should work...
I checked and all are meant for remote surveillance.
I am looking for some app that make android phone work like real hardware webcam...
directly detected by TV stick as camera or by skype for video call....
