I've looked at the keymapping...I'll see what I can do.

About that camera...I'm afraid that's in the kernel...we might not be able to fix that.

So, does your tablet stay in portrait all the time...or just boot to portrait? Will it not go to landscape when you turn it? Maybe we can fix that in the build.prop.
When I turn it on it shows portrait but then switches to landscape, its all good in the rotation.

What I noticed is the tun.ko not loading. is init.rc a file that can't be edited? I tried to move it where all other .ko are loading but when I reboot it gets moved back to the bottom. Any ideas?

init.rc is in the boot.img...so yes, it can't be edited.

Usually what I do for tablets that default to portrait is to make the boot animation and rotate it 90 degrees so it appears to be landscape.

Is the any .rc or .sh file I can edit to load tun.ko?

EDIT: Tried to create tun.sh inside /system/etc/init.d but still no-go. :-/

EDIT 2: I downloaded SManager and added the script to RUN and SU and now my OpenVPN works.

Riley the init.d isn't working but I guess it's not needed if you get this SManager (free app) - just FYI... and the key mapping worked in Android. I still have to memorize the up/down when I'm in recovery but that's no biggie. All works great, thanks!
