How to unlock Google Play Market for Other Countrys and all Devices

i saw that custom roms provide that..
currently im only rooted but i cant find a way to unlock the marketplace
only a old apk of the playstore but it doesnt work anymore, found another way once but been searching for a while now.. i should start making bookmarks xD

i would like to get my hands on onlive & youtube for google tv so any help is greatly appreaciated

You must modify the build.prop file in order to unlock the market,
