How to downclock the GPU Mali-400 ??

is it possible to downclock the gpu mali 400?
when i try to downclock using android tuner i have 2 options CPU0 and CPU1

CPU0 is the gpu mali?
CPU1 is the real CPU?

the program does not let me downclock the cpu0 at one speed and the cpu1 at another speed. In other words if you set cpu1 at 800mhz the system sets cpu0 at 800mhz also

Let me ask what CPU you got ?
If you have a RK3066 than you have a Dualcore CPU.
This way it show´s CPU 0 & 1.
I dont know a way to downspeed a GPU on Android.
