Polaroid PMID900BU Help

I recently purchased a PMID900BU, for some reason the touch will stop responding and you must power cycle the unit to get touch function back, does anyone have any ideas it is all stock and just out of the box yesterday, I can return to the store for a new unit but curious if this is a common problem before I exchange.

never even heard of this model before.... mebbe try reflashing to stock if you can find an image......?
