The specs for pretty much all Rockchip 3066 devices says a max of 32GB SDcard.
I have never tried a 64mb card myself.
As for class, I use a class 10 today so no issues there.

I read in newegg.com in a post that someone have a card with 64Gb and works in Neo G4.

It might work but did they say if they had access to the full 64MB?
I would worry that you only see 32MB of it?
Again just guessing here as I have never tried a 64MB card but I would hate to see you buy a 64MB card and only have access to 32MB.
