24p framerate issue

hey... i am new to android tvsticks, and would like to know if its possible for these devices to output 1080p 24fps
for smoth 24p movie, i got a rikomagic 802llls with finless 1.7a kernel 1080 rom, seems like i only can output 50 or 60 fps, is this a hardware or sw limitation? its anoying its causes jittering on screen , specially on scenes with panning, if you got
100hz television supporting 24fps it woulld go to 120hz
but this is not happening with my stick

i would like to know this as well. my Ugoos UT1 with finless 1.6 rom also only has 50 or 60p output, with jitter as a result.
