Any Dummys Guide to Flashing?

I ordered a MK802IIIS, been two weeks haven't seen it yet.... I have never messed with anything like this but looks like a great place to start... Ive looked on youtube, found some expanations, but nothing silly easy.....So any guidance to videos or tutorials would be awesome? I hope to try the Finless 1.7, just not sure where to start? Thanks to all.

So you must erase everything off the stick first? Then reflash?.....I guess its all the new terms that is what gets confusing for a total newbie.....I'll take all the input I can.....Thank you so much!
