MK802iiis Driver issue

Hi,

I've downloaded Neomode's custom firmware and im trying to install the drivers on a XP and Windows 7 laptop but windows doesn't recognize the drivers for the device.

I've held down the reset button and connected to the laptop and its found as Rikomagic and two storage devices. When the box opens to install the drivers i point it to the folder with the drivers and windows states:

'Windows could not find the driver software for your device.'

Any ideas on what i can do? i get the same message on both machines.

If 2 removable drives show up in Windows then you are not in flash mode!

It seems my reset button doesn't work then, will try the terminal way later when I get home, if that doesn't work I'll send the device back.
