My neo X5 tips

Hello guys :

I just have opened my x5 box today, and really enjoying it (except for the 1080p videos which seem a bit laggy compared to my tv playing it when i directly plug my hd to the tv)

But it's really good for 720p videos, and not that bad for 1080p. Just a bit laggy here and there.

I tried the stock rom for a few dozen minutes and it is pretty cool.
But I really needed root, so I flashed finless 1.0 rom. And no problem yet.
I'm french, so I have a logitech k400 with a french (azerty) layout. It was detected out of the box, but, with a qwerty layout. So I bought External Keyboard Helper Pro after trying the demo version which solved my problem.

Now I have a fully functionnal keyboard, with integrated pad. really awesome.
I also purchased earlier the "sixaxis app". It didn't work out of the box. I couldn't pair my controller within the app. I had to boot windows on my laptop and install sixaxis pair tool to pair the controller with my x5 bluetooth.

Then it worked really fine in bluetooth mode.

That's all for the moment. I'm still playing with it now. I'll keep you updated.

Hi, thanks for sharing. Glad that more ppl join in to share tips.I am into Driodmote and trying hard to figure out the touch profile thingy.With the strong support from the Developer, manage to get things moving. Still learning the Touch profile configuration.Quite satisfy with the stock ROM hence will flash Finless ROM a while later.Also exploring XBMC but many features are not accessable yet as in some movies still cannot play.Monitoring the progress of Audio 5.1 support.
