MK808B Android 4.2 Beta ROM coming!!

Good news for you guys, we just push factory to release the android 4.2.2 upgrade for the MK808B Model.
Please notice, this just work for the original mk808b with rk903 wifi chipset, we have tested on geekbuying sold mk808b, can upgrade successfully.
Firmware is uploading, wait for the download link
And here is the screenshot after you make the upgrade

I tested it only a bit, and seems better made than mk808. Its rooted by default, so only need to install supersu app from play store. No way to acces loockscreen so you cant change users. Some bloatware installed. 720p. Looks good.I will send you the cwm zip for those people who wants to flash it in that way.

Yes for me it is, but Bob Finless get the lockscreen work in 1.7 roms. I hope he can make it work too in 2.0. And the lock-screen is there so if you add a user you go to lockscreen, but only in this situation.

Juass, the new rom comes with a basic recovery, from there you can install updates from rk, wipe fata and vache. Is more basic than cwm but more complete than the one who comes with 4.1.1 version.

4.2 on MK808B

I just installed 4.2 stock from Geekbuying into my MK808B and played a little bit tonight. WiFi wasn't good as 4.1..Antutu also scored lower however Epic Citadel looked a lot better than running on 4.1 such like objects movement, tree, birds, etc. I could open youtube website on browser and set video to run 1080p possible. Totally 4.2 < 4.1.

cpu has clock fixed at 1ghz, kernel looks bad but the rest is fine. which custom kernel i can use with it?
