Just looking for some pointers on making my mk808 awesome. I got it yesterday. Honestly I'd like to use it for a fast light weight xbmc. I know next to nothing about it and honestly barely found this site. Any links to info or anything would be great. Thanks, Hammer

I would suggest reading thorough the thread it has tons of info for choosing the right stuff for your device e.g ROM, Kernel, CWM recovery etc

How can I tell which mk808 I have so I can flash finless rom? and if I use his 1.7, do I need the MX player to use xbmc or is everything I need for xbmc included in the rom and thx for the link dark angel

MK808 has no bluetooth. MK808B has bluetooth. There is also a "clone" version of MK808B.

Those are the three variants you need to worry about when you pick your ROM. Have a good look at your device and where you ordered it from, that should tell you whether it is MK808 or MK808B. Also the "About" option in the Settings screen of your device may yield some further information.
