i have an samsung galaxy s2 and s3 but it was lock in one networt provider, has any one here know how to unlock my samsung? for me to use other simcard! thank you

I would say, your phone provider has to unlock them after the contract ends. Don't know how it works in Japan, but thats the way it is in germany.

There are possible other ways to unlock, but this would be illegal.
