Thanks to sambartle on pandawill forum this is the latest official cx-01 rom, is the best one and has nothing to compare with other ones.

Realize this is a old thread but hoping for some assistance. I have an old device which I want to flash with the above rom. I have downloaded it but I can't seem to access the individual files with the rom file. How do I open the .rom file to assess the .exe file needed.
