Sorry, I should have chimed in sooner. First, mega, mega thanks to you for all of your hard work. Just wanted you to know that one good ole boy here in Texas greatly appreciates you making his cheap Polaroid tablet a much, much better device.

Secondly, everything is working great for me with the new 1.4 ROM. I had the P700 debloated one first, but I updated to yours last Friday. I'm very impressed. Are there any ways to add any speed tweaks to a future ROM, or is the device self-limiting here?

Possibly but we may be hitting the ceiling of max performance. Only other thing is if I can get the kernel source code I can add CPU scaling. But other than that, some odexing of your system apps would help a LOT!

Polaroid was not good in not odexing your system apps! This slows you down a lot especially boot time.

I am learning how to do that now so maybe a odex'ed version of your ROM maybe in the future.

Thanks so much for your work, Bob. I've scoured the net looking for some way to get rid of all the unnecessary preinstalled apps on my 7200. Your ROM is working well! And the addition of Android Market is awesome.

I've been thinking of possibly installing Ubuntu to my 7200. Is there any chance that anyone will be working on something like that in the near future?

There is a linux installer on the Market whic supports installing Ubuntu. However at least formy Arnova, the kernel is missing config.gz which is required to install it

I need your help!
My Polaroid ptab4300 no longer wants to keep my web page Google! He left after a few seconds and let the internet following message:
Sorry! Sudden closure of the application (process com.android.browser). Thank you try again. Force the closure.
It seems that I must address myself the IP address of my shelf and not let the system find itself! But I do not know how to do that!

Can someone help me please?

That is a problem with your browser not google. Try going into system settings/applications/browser and clear data and clear cache. This may work but you will lose your bookmarks etc.
