how do I root and flash custom rom on my s19?

Hello everyone, I bought a miniPC Android, is the model s19 with Android 4.1.2 and 3.0.8 kernel, I would do the root and put a custom rom, you can give me the link to a compatible version? I would not bricking my stick

I have flash the 1.8 rom finless, but the wifi don't work, i think i have a ug802 v2, there are any custom rom for this stick, maybe like a finless 1.8 rom? thanks
